Orbina needed a scalable chat AI provider platform that would let businesses design, customize, and monitor their own AI agents through a unified web application. Existing tools lacked transparency and adaptability, so I designed and validated an MVP that visualized how each brand’s AI assistant would appear and perform in real-world scenarios.
Design Solution
Within agile sprints, I collaborated with developers to manage the product roadmap, streamline design–development handoffs, and ensure each iteration aligned with technical constraints and business goals. I also analyzed user interaction and sentiment data to refine the product lifecycle — improving agent responses, usability, and dashboard insights based on real usage patterns.
